Add Serial Number Form

Many serial numbers are recorded in the database. If after a search the serial number does not appear you can add one using this form. Simply enter the serial number text into field 1. Then from the linked records in field 2 choose from one of the available part numbers.

Once complete, submit the form to add the serial number to the database. Now the serial number will be available in forms.
